1. Select a product list and specify the desired number of products. Then, click the button “Add to Cart” at the top right corner. Next, click “Order”.

2. Fill your name, address and the item you have purchased correctly and then select the payment by the following channels:

3. You can transfer money with information in your e-mail. (Within 3 days of receipt of E-mail confirmation from website)

4. When transfer money successfully, you can inform the money transfer via the menu “Inform the money transfer” Click here (Fill the purchase order number, transfer account, transfer date and transfer amount)

5. When we have confirmed your payment, the system will send an E-mail to confirm your payment, and within the e-mail will provide the reference code of the Thai post company. So, you can track shipment status.

Warranty

This product comes with 6 months (180 days) warranty starting from the date of purchase.

If the watch is defective in material, workmanship or manufacturing error within the specified warranty period, the watch can be sent back for repair free of charge. A return shipping and handling fee are not included in the warranty and will be applied to all the services.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

  • Battery, case, crystal surface, or strap
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents(not limited to knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)  negligence, normal wear and tear and aging
  • Water damage

The watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or if the watch undergoes alterations from its original condition beyond Anchorstar’s control.
