Warranty
This product comes with 6 months (180 days) warranty starting from the date of purchase.
If the watch is defective in material, workmanship or manufacturing error within the specified warranty period, the watch can be sent back for repair free of charge. A return shipping and handling fee are not included in the warranty and will be applied to all the services.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
- Battery, case, crystal surface, or strap
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents(not limited to knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) negligence, normal wear and tear and aging
- Water damage
The watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or if the watch undergoes alterations from its original condition beyond Anchorstar’s control.
